Debora Dawe
1956-2019
Debora Colette Dawe (nee Miller), passed away at the Aberdeen Hospital in New Glasgow on November 17, 2019 at the age of 63.
Debora is lovingly remembered by her three sons, Matthew (Kim), Mitchell (Amber) and Morgan (Chrissy), her four grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Cassie and Evan, and her many nieces and nephews. Debora will be deeply missed by the Miller Sisters, Delores, Denise, Deann (George) and Delthia (Steve), and by her brother, Deno.
Debora was born in Springhill, Nova Scotia, on May 13, 1956. Debora was a valued employee of the Spring Garden Child Care Centre which brought her immense joy for many years. Debora loved the beach, books, music, foreign films, and spending time with her family and friends.
In place of a funeral service, a visitation and celebration of life will be held at R.H. Porter Funeral Home, 55 Almont Avenue, New Glasgow, on Wednesday, November 20th from 6-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
