Marion Lee

Marion Marie Lee, age 74, of Glen Haven Manor, formerly of Albert St., New Glasgow, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019, in the Manor. Born in New Glasgow, she was a daughter of the late Dorothy Elizabeth Lee. Marion was a former employee of Summer Street Industries. She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Jane Lee, Halifax; grandchildren: Tiffney, Kelsey and Alissa; great-grandchild, Marcus; sisters: Doreen, New Glasgow; Shirley, BC; brother, Dana (Kelly), Stellarton; special cousin, Charlene (Bob) Smith, New Glasgow; special nephew, Jaden; nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Glen Haven Manor for their care of Marion. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 1-1:45 pm Monday, Dec. 9, in the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, 55 Almont Ave., New Glasgow, with funeral to follow at 2 pm Monday, with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Lorne Street Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to Glen Haven Manor Recreation Fund.
