Frances Ellen Pitts. It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved mother, Frances Pitts, who passed away on February 2, 2022 at the age of 83. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by her children, Michael (Bunny), Mary-Ellen and Terry; 4 grandchildren, Nathan, Krista (Nathan), Kale (Alycia), Karli; and her 5 great-grandchildren, Matthew, Adelyn, Olivia, Quinn and Bowen.
Also to mourn her loss are siblings, Noie, Madeline, Gertrude (Neil), Joe (Eva), Marie and Bernie (Karen C.). In addition, she is survived by the Pitts family; brother-in-law, Frankie; Karen Praught; numerous nieces, nephews, close neighbours and friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, Warren; parents, Frank and Ellen Praught; siblings, William, Kitty and Anna; brothers-in-law, Bob, Guy and Ian; and members of the Pitts family.
Funeral mass will be held at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, New Glasgow, at 2pm Wednesday, June 22. The service was recorded, a link is below. Donations in her memory may be made to St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church or Holy Cross Cemetery.
