Bruce Maxwell "Uncle Midge" Anderson, age 90, passed away at East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash, on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. He was a member of First United Church, Trenton. He was a very kind and loving father. He loved his farm and animals and enjoyed fishing, hunting and the exhibitions. He will be sadly missed by his daughters: Mary Perry; Lila Anderson (Brian MacDonald); Mildred (Donnie) Cooke; sons: Danny (Hoody) MacIsaac, of Alberta; Tom (Judy) Anderson; Robert (Sherry) Anderson; Walter (Kathy) Anderson; John (Brandy) Anderson; grandchildren: Michelle, Becky, Gordie, Tammy, James, Jonathan, Robbie, Bruce, Dan, Ben, Monica, Rosalind, Jolene, Terry, Brandon; great-grandchildren: Charley, Hunter, Jacob, Tomas, Ava, Lincoln, Chad, Brian, Shauna, Sophie, Tristan, Owen, Bria, Sean, Gordon. He was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Lexie Anderson; his wife, Ida May (Murray); son-in-law, Emerson Perry; great-granddaughter, Megan; several brothers and sisters. Visitation for family and friends of Bruce only, 11am – 12pm Saturday, July 9, in R.H. Porter Funeral Home, 73 High St., Trenton, followed by graveside service in Hillside Cemetery and reception at First United Church. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
