Jasmine Daphney Marie Payne, born March 6, 2000, passed on December 23, 2023. She has left behind a twin brother, Gary Payne; younger brother, Jake Falconer; younger sister, Christina Fanning; 3 older brothers: Justin, John and Glen Payne; mother, Tina Falconer; father, Glen Payne; step-fathers, Doug Olsen, Chris Rae and Travis Hallan, who all had a big part in her upbringing; many nieces, nephews and friends. She was loved by many and had a very kind soul. She will be missed by all. She also leaves behind her much-loved Willow, her furry companion will forever love and miss her. May she rest in peace.
