It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Robert William Davidson of Priestville Loop on January 31, 2025. Born December 7, 1967, Robert was a son of the late Dora and Charlie Davidson. 

Robert worked for many years at John Brother MacDonald Stadium, meeting lots of friends throughout the years. His last job was at S.W. Weeks where he met his best friend, Wayne; they had many adventures together.

Robert loved and cherished his family. He is survived by his daughters: Allison (Jason) and Victoria; his sons: Travis and Luke (Hayley); step-children: Riley, Jennifer, Stephanie and Natasha. He also leaves behind 20 grandchildren who loved their Papa very much, especially his best buddy, Kegan; brothers: Archie and Scott; as well as his sisters: Jenny and Margie; along with several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter, Nikki Davidson; father, Charles Davidson; brother, Charlie Davidson; niece, Darlene Davidson. 

A private funeral will take place. Burial in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Thorburn, at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of R.H. Porter Funeral Home, New Glasgow.
