Dora Mae (Boggs) Davidson of the Glen Haven Manor, formerly of Priestville, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at the Glen Haven Manor. Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of the late Archibald and Christina (Walsh) Boggs. She is survived by her children: Margie Davidson Curtis (Herbie), Stellarton; Archie Davidson (Ruby), Pictou; Jennie Davidson Rogers (Stuart), Stellarton; Scott Davidson (Kim), Westville; grandchildren: Ronnie, Dora, Vanessa, Bonnie, Amanda, Allison, Travis, Luke, Victoria, Kolton, Carlee, Jonathan; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Isabel LeBlanc, Halifax; brothers: Bill (Karen) Boggs, Toronto, ON; Robert (Joyce) Boggs, Halifax; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Davidson; sons: Charlie Jr., and Robert; granddaughters, Darlene and Nikki; grandson, Michael; sisters: Edith MacPherson, Chris Rankin and Helen Smith; brothers: Alex Boggs and Jim Boggs. Thank you to the staff of the Alzheimer’s Unit, Glen Haven Manor, for their kindness and generosity for looking after our Mom Dora. There will be no visitation by request. A private funeral will take place. Burial in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens at a later date. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of R.H.
