Hynes (Slade), Angeline G. “Angie”, age72, of Mount William Road, passed away Friday, October 8, 2010 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Bell Island, Newfoundland, she was a daughter of the late William F. and Ellen (Delaney) Slade. Angie worked at Clairtone in Stellarton for many years, Dominion Stores for numerous years and she owned and operated Angie’s Variety in Trenton for 13 Years. She was a member of the Church of the Holy Name and a former choir member. She is survived by her husband Daniel; daughters: Danna Hynes (Scott Wilson), MacPherson’s Mills; Dawn Hynes (Rick Foote), Alma; sons: Dale Hynes; Maurice Hynes, both of Trenton; Daniel (Kelsie) Hynes, MacPherson’s Mills; grandchildren: Krystal, Aaron, Faith, Kale; brother: David; special daughters: Anna Mae (Rundle) Murray, Lyons Brook; Shannon Sampson, St. Peters; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Dympna, Vivian, Bride, Kathleen, Anna, Joan; brother Dominic; Visitation 2-4 and 7-9 pm Friday in the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, Trenton. No funeral service by request.
